The submission form is the first step in the process: it enables applicants to present their initiative, specify its level of maturity, outline any funding or support requirements, and set out the main expected outcomes. The information provided enables the BIID to carry out an initial analysis and, where the project is admissible, to determine the steps required for its preparation, structuring or engagement with appropriate partners.
